A solo practioner since 1990, I have based my Law Practice on the philosophy of accessibility and accountability and dedication to serving my clients' best interests.

Having grown up in the Lancaster - Depew - Cheektowaga area, I attended Canisius College graduating Suma Cum Laude before attending law school. I graduated from U.B. Law School in 1980. Over the past thirty years, I have practiced in and have trial experience at all levels of Courts throughout New York State in the areas of matrimonial, family law and personal injury representing individuals in Supreme and Family Court litigation and in negotiating various settlement agreements.

I am a member of the Erie County Bar Association, active as a divorce attorney and family law mediator, and also a member of the New York State Council on Divorce Mediation.

As a sitting Village Judge since 1999, I am experienced in fact determination, fact finding, and people management skills. As a sitting judge I attend semi-annual training seminars including legal topics relevant to family law, lawyers matrimonial, and other areas.

I am also certified by New York State as an Impartial Hearing Officer handling educational law matters with litigants including parents and non-lawyer advocates.

We are Western New York's premier law firm. Our firm specializes in those towns, but also will do work throughout Erie county.
